CLAYSTONE TILES CONDITIONS OF SALE
TITLE OF GOODS
The goods remain the property of Claystone Tiles until payment is received in full
All delivery times are given in good faith but are subject to availability. Every effort will be made to get delivery within the said time. But no liability can be accepted should it be exceeded.
The Customer will take delivery of the Goods within 56 days of Claystone Tiles notification that they are ready for delivery or Collection. If the Customer fails to take delivery or collection of the Goods within the 56 days , or where they are tendered for delivery by Claystone Tiles, Claystone Tiles may: Store the Goods until actual delivery and charge the Customer for the reasonable costs of storage and insurance
CANCELATIONS & RETURNS
If an order is cancelled by a Customer prior to delivery, Claystone Tiles shall be entitled to withhold any deposit which has been paid and/or invoice the Customer for the full price of the Goods to cover any costs, expenses, or losses incurred by Claystone Tiles as a result of such cancellation. No order may be cancelled after the Goods have been delivered to the Customer. Claystone Tiles shall be under no obligation to accept returns of, and give credit in respect of, any Goods which are ordered by the Customer in error, or which are surplus to the Customer’s requirements.
Tiles are supplied per approximate sq. Yard or approximate sq metre
SHORT DELIVERIES AND BREAKAGES
All claims for short deliveries and breakages should be made within 24 hours of collection or Delivery.
We cannot accept any responsibility for tiles crazed, faulty or shaded in anyway once they have been fitted.
All goods should be carefully inspected before fitting.
All tiles are susceptible to impact damage and this is unrelated to the wearing grade.
Tiles can wear and must be protected against grit, movement of appliances and items being dropped on the surface. No tiles are guaranteed against chipping or mis-use.
ADHESIVES, GROUTS, SILICONES, TOOLS, CLEANERS, SEALERS, TRIMS
For quality control purposes we do not accept returns on adhesives, grouts, silicones, tools, cleaners, sealers & trims.
Claystone Tiles will be pleased to assist in estimating the quantity of tiles you may require but this is to be used as a guide only. We cannot be held responsible for quantities ordered.
Each tile should be carefully examined individually before fixing. Fixing of the tiles constitutes acceptance of their quality. Claystone Tiles accepts no liability for faulty installation work, or the quality or correctness of the tiles once fixed. As far as the law permits, liability is limited to replacement of faulty items or a refund of their cost and excludes any consequential loss, including the cost of removal and refixing. Claystone Tiles are happy to give contact details of tradesmen but Claystone Tiles cannot be held responsible for any inaccurate information or for any work done by these traders.
